The heat and humidity have been relentless here also. I stay in and sew a little, cross stitch, quilt, applique or work on something that really makes me focus!
ReplyDeleteIt has cooled off some the last couple days but before that it was horribly hot. I tried to stay cool by sitting in the shade and doing some stitching to keep my mind off how much I was perspiring!
ReplyDeleteI love coming in from the hot outside to a cool house with central air and the fans going...putting on pj's and spending time sticking! I also love the windows open at night and being able to hear crickets and smelling the outside. Totally relaxing to me!
