TODAYS Recipe Is a FAMILY FAVORITE!
WE SERVE IT EVERY CHRISTMAS MORNING!


Christmas Breakfast Cake

3 Cups Flour

2 TBS Baking Powder

1 Cup Sugar 

A Pinch of Salt 

1 Cup Shortening 

1/3 Cups Milk 

2 Eggs

Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, and Salt.

Add Milk and Eggs. 

Blend Well. 

Pour into GREASED 9"X11" Pan.

8 TBS Flour 

12 TBS Sugar 

6 TBS Butter 

1 TSP Cinnamon 

1/2 Cups Brown Sugar

Combine together and mix well. Sprinkle on top of batter.

Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, or until center is done. 

ENJOY!
