Strawberry Cheesecake
Crust:
Combine 14-16 smashed graham crackers to 1/4 C sugar, 1/2 C melted butter.
Pack in our pan.
Bake at 300 for 8 minutes.
Filling:
Combine one 8oz package of cream cheese, 2 well beaten eggs, 1/2 C Sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Place on top of graham cracker crust. Bake 325 for 30-35 minutes.
Filling:
1 C sour cream, 1/4 TBS sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Put this on top of cooked filling. Bake at 300 for 5 minutes. Cool in refrigerator. Top with Strawberries and ENJOY!
