Today's Recipe is a Family Favorite.
We Serve it Every Christmas Morning.

Christmas Breakfast Cake

3 Cups Flour

2 TBS Baking Powder

1 Cup Sugar 

A Pinch of Salt 

1 Cup Shortening 

1/3 Cups Milk 

2 Eggs

Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, and Salt.

Add Milk and Eggs. 

Blend Well. 

Pour into GREASED 9"X11" Pan.

8 TBS Flour 

12 TBS Sugar 

6 TBS Butter 

1 TSP Cinnamon 

1/2 Cups Brown Sugar

Combine together and mix well. Sprinkle on top of batter.

Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, or until center is done.

Our Farmhouse Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1 8-Quart Box Instant Nonfat Dry Milk

1 6-8 Ounce Powdered Cream Nestle Coffee Mate

1 1lbs Box Quick Nestle Nesquick (Chocolate Flavor) 

1 C Powdered Sugar 

1 3-Ounce Box Vanilla INSTANT Pudding 

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Mix Well. 

Put in container with lid. 

Measure 1/3 C mix to 1 C HOT water. 

Stir. Enjoy!
